Goal: Partnering clients (a) by placing HR resources on-site in customer’s office to assume specific HR duties and responsibilities at administrative, managerial and/or strategic level, (b) to administer their HR and Payroll functions and (c) to design and deliver HR Projects and Advisory Roles.

As market conditions continue to change and evolve, companies are required to drastically reorganize themselves to cope with the challenges that lie ahead. HK3 Asia can assist by relieving you and your team of the daily mundane HR operational duties to enable all to focus on more crucial, immediate and strategic business issues. Along with that, there would be no headcount and retrenchment costs, and we will manage for you the HR staff turnover, employee discipline and grievance issues.

In providing the HR and/or outsourcing services, we will assume responsibility for the company’s HR and/or Payroll administration roles at operations, managerial or strategic level. Responsive to needs, we are able to customize the various types of HR and/or Payroll services required by our clients. If on-site, our designated HR Consultant can be assigned to work at client’s premise on specific days of the working week and be effective in supporting them in a broad range of HR activities and functions that may be previously handled internally. We are flexible in terms of arrangement where it can be long-term and recurring in nature or short periods to tide over business needs.

Another area we can assist clients is to deliver on-demand special HR projects like developing employee handbook, performance appraisal system, designing HR policies, procedures and orientation programs as well as conducting training needs analysis. If HR Advisory services is needed, we can provide on a case by case basis or develop an annual advisory services contract.
